What Exuberant Global says it does

Exuberant Global offers "offshore accounting and bookkeeping support to UK accounting firms and ACCA practices". Its services are bookkeeping, year-end accounts, VAT returns, payroll, corporation tax, self assessment, audit support, management accounts and virtual CFO work. Its home page offers to "increase delivery capacity with a flexible team in India"; it publishes a UK phone number and a list of UK cities it serves, and gives no office address in the UK or India. Its about page says it is "led by Chartered Accountants", has "100+ professionals" and has spent "12+ years supporting accountancy practices". It states ISO/IEC 27001 certification and UK GDPR compliance, and its home page also lists ISO 9001.

Its Build Your Team page lists accountants, bookkeepers, payroll specialists, tax preparers, audit support staff and management accountants, each a dedicated professional, sized in hours per month up to 160. It says "Your team works your hours, in your software, under your brand", that "No long-term contract is required to start", and it offers a rolling monthly arrangement. A replacement for someone who does not suit you is assigned "typically within 24–48 hours". On quality, each team member is "supported by a named manager", and the about page says work "goes through your own review and sign-off before it reaches your client".

On price, its FAQ says pricing "typically ranges from £8 to £15 per hour", with "custom pricing for long-term engagements" on dedicated teams. Its calculator and home page show illustrative savings figures, and it offers a 10-hour free trial on real client files with an NDA signed before work starts. A notice period is not published. Marketing or content for your own practice is not listed. Their site: exuberantglobal.co.uk.

What Muckin does

We do one thing: a production team for your practice, sold as monthly seats. A seat is one person in one role. A Production seat is a bookkeeper, a payroll and admin person or a marketer. An Accounts seat covers year-end accounts, CT600s, self assessment and management accounts. A Senior seat is a qualified accountant who can run a portfolio.

The people are employees in our own office in Pretoria, South Africa. Pretoria is one to two hours ahead of the UK all year, so they are at their desks when you are. They work inside your own software under their own logins, white-label by default.
