This notice explains what Muckin collects through this website and how it is used. It was last updated on 2026-08-21.
If you use the contact form we collect your name, practice name, email address, phone number if you give it, the services you tick and anything you write in the message box. The capacity calculator runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing; if you choose "Send me this as a plan", the summary is placed in the contact form for you to review before you send it.
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and run the service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you made) and, for clients, performance of a contract.
Form submissions are received through Netlify (our hosting provider) and read by Muckin. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards, as required for our own records.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it, by emailing hello@muckin.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
