Offshore staffing for accounting firms that cannot fill a UK role
When the job advert has been up for months, a seat gives your firm one named accountant, bookkeeper, payroll person or marketer from our own office in Pretoria, for 160, 80 or 40 hours a month. We employ and manage them, and they work on your clients in your software.

Questions
Is this offshore staffing or outsourcing?
It is a named person on your work every month, employed and managed by us. You decide the work and the standard, and the person works in your software under a login you control. We carry the employment, the desk, the cover and the training.
Do we interview the person?
You meet the person assigned to your practice before they start, and if the fit is wrong we put someone else on your work.
What happens if they leave?
Recruitment, training and a replacement are part of the monthly fee. The Pretoria office recruits all year round.
Can we have more than one person?
Yes. Each person is a seat in one role, and every seat after the first is 10% off. A practice already with us can add a seat with five working days' notice.
Are there set-up or placement fees?
Setting up a seat is free. If a large clean-up or migration has to happen first, we quote it as a one-off before any work starts.
